The Goa Table Tennis Association (GTTA) is the recognized governing body for table tennis in Goa. Our mission is to promote and develop the sport across the state, creating opportunities for players to compete at national and international levels. GTTA has successfully hosted prestigious tournaments, ensuring participants experience world-class facilities and competition.
 
Over the years, GTTA has nurtured some of Goa’s finest talents, including national medalists such as Tanisi Kirtani, Wesley Do Rosario, and Anshuman Agarwal. Goa’s sporting culture, combined with our commitment to excellence, has made us a hub for top-tier table tennis events.
 
As an affiliated unit of the Table Tennis Federation of India (TTFI) and the Goa Olympic Association, GTTA is dedicated to elevating the sport, supporting athletes, and expanding table tennis into every corner of Goa.

Goa Table Tennis Association A Glorious History

In the 1970s and 1980s, table tennis was one of the most popular sports in Goa, second only to football, with a vibrant fan base. Legendary players such as Vero Nunes, Subhash Pandit, Vishnu and Subhash Kolwalkar, Talak, Luis Tavora, Noel Noronha, Ajit Ghantker, Gautamy Thaly, Deepa Mhambre, Susan De Souza, and many more made significant contributions to the sport’s growth in Goa.
